Kent Motorsports is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Associate / Parts Assistant to join our fast-paced parts department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory and customer service operations, helping enthusiasts find exactly what they need to keep their machines running perfectly. Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Assist retail and service customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing the correct parts and accessories in a friendly, professional manner.
- Accurate Parts Lookups: Utilize electronic parts catalogs, factory diagrams, and dealership inventory software to guarantee precision lookups for a wide variety of powersports vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and log incoming stock shipments; handle restocking, parts bin organization, and discrepancies immediately.
- Department Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently structured parts room and eye-catching showroom retail displays.
- Team & Order Coordination: Partner closely with our service technicians to fulfill internal repair orders quickly, minimize shop downtime, and follow up on special customer orders.
