"Last year I had purchased a new motorcycle at Kent Motorsports in New Braunfels. Nothing but the best service and a good feel at home experience. There is no buying pressure. If you find what you want they will give you the best price out there. There parts department has knowledgeable people and are very helpful. I had someone hit my bike and did some damage and I was going to buy the replacement parts online but decided to go check where I bought the bike to see if they had anything in stock. They didn't but however there prices were cheaper than the online Honda OEM parts. There weekend rides are very nice too. Thank you to all of your staff and keep up the good work. "

"I recently purchased a 09 CBR 600 RR on Christmas Eve and I have to say that this was my first experience buying a bike. The sales and customer service was Great! They made it very easy for me and where always there to help me out with any questions. When I took my bike back for it's 600mile check up, the Service Dept. was outstanding on getting the bike in and out. I also had to return a jacket that did not fit right and they were able to order a new one and exchange it out the very next day! So I just wanted to thank all off you at Kent Motorsports for your excellent service. "I purchased a 2007 VTX 1300 a few weeks ago; it has been a great experience dealing with the guys at I-35 Honda. Recently I had a blow out and was stuck on the side of the freeway in San Antonio. I contacted the service department at another dealership (because is was closer to my location); the people in the service department were rude and because it was close to closing time, they were not willing to help me. As a last resort, I contacted I-35 Honda which was approximately 35 miles from my location and have the same business hours; I was treated like a friend who was stranded and was allowed to have my bike taken to one of the staff's house who lived nearby; He transported it to the dealership the following day for me!!!! This is far above an beyond any customer service I have ever received. I will be recommending this dealership to all of my friends. May your business be blessed and prosper. Victor "
